(1) If notice of cancellation is received by Soshi’s Tokyo Bike Tour
8 days or more days prior to the tour date
* No Charge
(2) If notice of cancellation is received by Soshi’s Tokyo Bike Tour
7 days prior to the tour date
* 10% of the tour fare
(3) If notice of cancellation is received by Soshi’s Tokyo Bike Tour
5 days prior to the tour date
* 30% of the tour fare
(4) If notice of cancellation is received by Soshi’s Tokyo Bike Tour
3 days prior to the tour date
* 50% of the tour fare
(5) If notice of cancellation is received by Soshi’s Tokyo Bike Tour
1 day prior to the tour date, on the day of the tour, or in case of failure to show by departure time
* 100% of the tour fare
** In case of rain, we will charge you same cancellation fee as above. (We will not cancel the tour due to a rain, we are preparing rain gears.)
** In case of rain, Free to change the date/ tour if there is availability. (need to contact us before the meeting time)
** When we judge it’s dangerous to do Cycling Tour (heavy snow, severe typhoon, disaster, etc.)and we have to cancel the tour, we will let you know by 6pm the day before the tour. In this case, we will not charge you cancellation fee.
